What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. You are welcome to cancel your valet booking free of charge, provided that you notify us at least a few hours in advance. However, if the service has already begun, cancellations will not be accepted. We kindly ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.

What is included in your valet services?

Our valet services include a range of cleaning and detailing options, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, dashboard cleaning, seat treatments, wheel washing and protection, window cleaning, and more. Visit our Pricing page for more details. 

How long does a valet service take?

The duration of our valet services depends on the size and condition of your vehicle, as well as the package you select. Generally, our standard valet services take between 1 to 2 hours. Larger vehicles or more detailed treatments may take longer.

Do I need to be present for the duration of my valet?

You do not need to be present for the entire valet service. We do recommend being available for the handover or if we need to clarify any specific details about your vehicle. If you prefer not to be present, we can complete the service while you go about your day.

How can I speak to my valeter directly?

If you need to speak directly with your valeter, please feel free to contact us via phone or email before your appointment, and we will ensure that your requests or questions are communicated to the valeting team.

Do I need to provide water and electricity

No, you do not need to provide water or electricity. We bring our own equipment and supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient valet service, whether you are at home, at work, or at another location.

Do I need to provide parking?

If you are booking a mobile valet service, we kindly ask that you provide suitable parking for our team to work on your vehicle. A safe, accessible spot near your home or workplace is ideal. If you are unsure about parking, please contact us beforehand, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Just contact us and we will accommodate a different date and hour for you.

Can I add multiple cars to my booking?

Yes, you can add multiple vehicles to your booking. Simply let us know the number of vehicles you wish to have serviced, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.

Can I add on additional services to my valet?

Certainly! You can add additional services to your valet, such as hand polishing, scratch removal, or seat cleaning. Read Special Jobs section in Pricing for more details. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll tailor your service to meet your needs.
